Do you charge a travel planning fee?

No. I don't charge planning or consultation fees for the trips I plan, whether it's a honeymoon, destination wedding, family vacation or custom multi-destination itinerary. Every trip starts with a complimentary consultation to discuss your plans, priorities and budget.

Can I use airline or credit card miles or points for my flights? 

Absolutely! You're welcome to use airline miles or points to book your own flights. I can still help plan and arrange the rest of your trip.

Do you book AirBnBs or VRBOs properties?

I don't book directly through Airbnb or VRBO, but I can arrange professionally managed villas through my trusted partners. If you'd like to include an Airbnb or VRBO stay and still have my planning services, I require at least four hotel nights as part of the itinerary. 

Can you book just my flights, tours or transfers? 

I specialize in complete vacations so I don't offer standalone bookings for flights, tours, activities or ground transportation. I can arrange these as part of a larger itinerary I'm planning for you.

What payment methods do you accept, and are payment plans available? 

Trip can be paid for by credit or debit card. Some may offer wire transfer as an option. Many vacations can be reserved with a deposit and paid in installments before departure. Payment methods and schedules vary by supplier and itinerary.

Do you have an office, and what are your business hours? 

Shore to Sea Vacations is based in NJ and serves clients throughout the United States. Consultations are by phone or video appointment only. I do not offer in-person appointments or accept walk-ins.
My regular business hours are Monday-Friday 10 AM - 6 PM, with evening consultations available by request. Clients also receive information for urgent travel assistance outside of business hours.

How can I start working with you?

How far in advance should we start planning our destination wedding? 

Ideally, 12–18 months before your wedding date. This gives you more options for resorts, wedding dates, room availability and group rates, while giving your guests plenty of time to plan. Shorter timelines may be possible depending on availability.

Do you charge a destination wedding planning fee?

No! My destination wedding travel planning services and initial consultation are complimentary. I'll help with resort selection, wedding package guidance, room blocks and guest travel arrangements.

Do we need a room block for our destination wedding? 

Not necessarily. It depends on your guest count, resort and wedding plans. A room block can provide group rates, added benefits and a more organized booking process. However, room blocks also involve deposits, deadlines and financial commitments. I'll help you understand your options before deciding.

Do you plan the wedding ceremony and reception too? 

The resort's wedding team leads the ceremony, reception, décor, menus and other wedding-day details. I stay connected with you and your wedding planner throughout the process, providing support and assistance as needed. 

What if some of our guests can't afford the resort or want to stay somewhere else? 

Guests may be able to stay elsewhere or book outside your wedding room block, subject to resort polices. Many resorts require most guests to stay on property, and outside guests need to purchase day or event passes to attend your celebration.
